Administration cost: $20 fee for first time visits and for each follow up, this does not include separate nominal fees such as labs and EKG

Details: Appointments are encouraged. Walk-ins welclomed.

The clinic will be CLOSED on the following major holiday weekends: New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

For non-emergency calls: 713-929-1900 (leave a voice message) on weekends. Your call will be answered on Monday morning
For calls regarding scheduling or cancelling, 713-929-1900 and leave a message.
Prescription problems: during the week Monday - Fridays call 281-404-0351 (leave your name & phone number along with DOB, Doctor name, and a brief message including pharmacy number).
Please do not attempt to contact physicians directly after clinic hours by their private office lines or mobile phones. Call India House main line and they will contact clinical manager and he will return you calls as soon as possible.
